It Starts With Our Ingredients

At all of our locations, we serve all-natural 100% USDA-inspected ground beef, baby back ribs and hand-battered chicken crispers made with all-white meat. Only all-natural beef and veal steaks. You’ll find no monosodium glutamate (MSG) or partially hydrogenated oils (PHOs) in our food

Homemade In Our Kitchens

Freshly made, our way … Much of our menu is made from scratch – every day, in every restaurant. You can taste the difference.

Favorites are made fresh in house daily: salsa and pico de gallo with fresh tomatoes, ranch dressing with real buttermilk, hand-battered chicken crispers and hand-breaded chicken breasts. Our baby back ribs are slow smoked in house. Burgers and steaks are grilled to order for each and every guest. Our namesake chili is made in house using our award-wining original recipe from 1975.

Brings the classic food experience to life with made-from scratch, salad dressings, desserts, and soup. We have a trained executive chef and cook who takes pride in preparing hand-crafted recipes , Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Cake Tiramisu and much more.



We only purchase farm-raised seafood comes from certified, sustainable farms that follow best aquaculture practices defined by the Global Aquaculture Alliance, whose certification program has become one of the most influential forces in sustainably farmed seafood.

Restaurants & Team Members
  • Operating safe restaurants is extremely important to us. Our team of highly trained and certified food safety professionals develops restaurant practices and procedures that ensure our restaurants deliver fresh and delicious food safely. We audit our restaurants at least four times per year using reputable third-party partners against our own strict food safety standards and industry benchmarks.

  • We train our Team Members on food safety principles throughout their careers at Brinker. This training starts at new hire orientation and continues with annual refreshers and as a prerequisite for promotion.

  • Our Supplier Code Of Conduct outlines what we expect of our suppliers to help us ensure safe and quality food for our Guests. All suppliers are audited by accredited food safety auditing agencies to best industry standards. We work with our suppliers to ensure that all of our food ingredients are traceable back to their source. We monitor emerging sustainability issues as an active member of the Restaurant Sustainability Roundtable and NRA Sustainability Executive Study Group, which focuses on education and benchmarking progress.
